Wideband woes ....
Hey guys, maybe some of you have had longer experience with the AEM wideband along with the EMS Series 2. Recently this week, it seems my gauge is displaying wonky AFRs. It will show full rich even under partial throttle, then settle down to around 14.2 if I blip the throttle. It will also show really lean conditions at times but my laptop when plugged into the EMS will display a safe AFR. Im not sure how long these sensors are supposed to last. Since I'm running EMS its replaced the OEM O2 sensor in the OEM bung on the header. If anyone knows what the symptoms are for a failing Wideband your input would be greatly appreciated!
Is there any way to sync gain on the ems in the new AEM tuner software like in the old AEM pro ?

test the sensor with this method to see if you have a faulty wideband sensor.

So I gave AEM a call today and they helped me troubleshoot the Wideband problem. Basically the splice where the wideband connected to C16 was shorting due to the EMS shifting and pulling on the wire. I have re-worked the wiring in the footwell and secured the wire so it cannot dangle from the connection even if the ems shifts again.

Im also having similar issues with mine. Laptop via FlashPro (Hondata) shows my A/F to be right in line on my laptop...my gauge on the other hand is mostly showing past 17 and being very lean. Had it bounce around a few times so Im going to try out the sensor as they did in the video so I can rule out the sensor as being the issue. Hope this takes care of what is going on here.
