Default Why can't I do anything with my datalogs?

So i've ran some logs, flashed my ecu, ran more logs.

But I can't view any information about them? I load the datalog, and I can play it. But when I go to view at the top everything is grey'd out. I can't look at any of the graphs like ignition or a/f.

Also, when I try to register my unit it says I haven't reflashed my ecu yet.... what's going on?

If you are able to flash your ECU, then it must already be locked to the ECU. Is that what you are referring to as "registered"?

How are you downloading the datalogs? Are you doing it by clicking the "FlashPro" button on the tool, then clicking on the "Datalogging" tab of the FlashPro window, then selecting one of the datalogs from the "Datalogs" list (ie. Datalog0001, Datalog0002, etc.)?

After looking in FlashPro Manager, I see that there is a "Register FlashPro with Hondata" button in the Registered Owner tab, but it also says that you can't reflash your ECU until that is completed.

Have you read the Help documentation?

Yea, I've registered the unit with hondata and flashed my ecu twice. It throws an error code (not at home) and at the end says (Ecu has not been reflashed), when trying to request a rebate

As to the datalog thing, I think i figured it out after messing with the software.

The software isn't vey straightforward at first, until you fumble around it. Then it starts making sense, slowly
