Default Weird issue with AEM EMS Series 2

I have been noticing a weird problem with my AP1. I had the car down for almost 2 months, waiting on a Puddymod stage 3 diff. After I put it all back together, my battery was dead. No big deal. I just charged it up and it has been fine. Now here is the problem..

The car idles fine, no issue.. But if I am sitting, idling, and roll up or down the windows or top it will stall. If I stop it, the idle jumps back up and is fine. It's almost like I am not getting enough juice through the system. I have not had the chance to put a meter on the battery and see what voltage I am getting when I am in this situation.

Could this possibly be an issue with EMS or is it something to do with my overall electrical system. I have have not had any issues in the past with the electrical system or any accessories.

Any insight will be appreciated.

It seems like most people with the ems has the same problems. I as well had the same problem and my cousin. It just seems that the aem needs a lot of juice. Check the battery and alternator voltage. I upgraded to a bigger stinger battery and it doesn't do it as bad

Thanks, I was wondering because I have never had any experience with the AEM. I will definitely check my alt output. You went with a bigger stinger alternator, not battery, correct?

I would suspect the battery first. If it has a bad cell, it will put too much load on the alternator at idle.

you dont need anything special, just make sure everything is working properly.

If the battery died you could have a shorted cell which will cause an extra load on the alternator and do all kinds of funny things
