hi does anyone here know whether a jdm s2000 will be able to utilise the boomslang pnp harness for vafc2 without modifications? thanks


EDIT: I went to install the vafc2 & vafc2 boomslang harness on my jdm 99 ap1 on the weekend and the car just dies as soon as you start it up...does anyone have any ideas to help?

did you reset the unit before starting it up

My car did this when I had the boomslang plugged into the ECU but the VAFC wasn't making a good connection. Just something else to check.

how do i reset the vafc? I checked all the settings were correct as per the manual and even used the initialised option feature which also didnt work...

Yeah i reckon its a bad connection - had a similar issue.
