it was working good for almost a year, and for the last two months this started happening. the only changes were I got a trunk battery relocation, and I had my head built around the same the time.
I had also noticed that my ELD input, that reads my PLX wideband is not reading properly anymore even witht the voltage correction. I'm not sure if that is related.
I wonder if this is a ground issue, but I have checked and everything is grounded properly.

Unless there is a good reason to relocate the battery we recommend that it is kept in the stock location.
All ground wires need to be unbroken lengths of wire with both soldered and crimped at each end. They need to be securely bolted with bare metal (ie unpainted) under them - they will not ground through the bolt threads.
The battery positive also needs to be one length of wire (unjoined) from the battery to the fuse box also with both soldered and crimped ends.
With the car running take a multimeter and measure both the voltage and current flow between the battery negative terminal (not the chassis - you may need to extend the multimeter lead) and several ground points, including the ground pin of the ECU (pin A4/A5) and also the metal surround of the USB port on the KPro. Voltage should be < 0.005V and current < 0.001A. Measure voltage first and if it is high (> 0.050V) don't measure the current...

What is the part number on the spark plugs you are using?
Sometimes your customer service makes me question how you make such great products in the first place.
