Return to stock and stock equivalent are not the same thing. Try the Return to Stock calibration.

Update:
Should have knocked on more solid wood... CEL came back on today. Don't have my laptop on hand nor the FlashPro connected to the car, however was on my way to lunch with friend who works in Honda Service.
He's going to pull the code when he gets free and let me know.

I'll post updates as soon as I know... few hours.
Update :
The CEL was NOT P2A00, it was P0172 "System Too Rich (Bank 1)".

Please disregard... 250 miles down, still no CEL after replacing the Primary o2 Sensor with Honda's TSB!

So here's some oddness. After getting the P2A00 with the "stock equivalent" tune, I said screw it and uploaded a tune I made from datalogging the "injen" tune. I've put around 900 miles on the car since then and no codes! What?

The main difference is that the temperature since I uploaded the last tune has been warmer than before. It's not much below 40 here now and it was in the 20s when I was getting the codes. I'm sure the temps will fall again since it's only January. Next time I get a code, I'll make a note of the temps and post here.

The temps here are in the low 50's at night and low 70's during the day and I still get the cell. I get it with the stock map as well as the tuned map.

Can't you guys just run one of those mechanical CEL eliminators?

That should work as well. But the purpose of the flashpro is to eliminate any "piggy back" setup. I'm looking into getting a flashpro myself, is this still an on-going issue?

I wouldn't consider the mechanical O2 fix to be anything like a pigg-back setup.

BTW, I've been using my FlashPro to tweak and tune for thousands of miles without any CEL's. I also installed a test pipe over a week ago, and have put several hundred miles on it without any CEL's. The test pipe came with the mechanical O2 fix, so I did not disable the secondary O2 sensor in my FlashPro calibration. However, there is an exhaust "whistle" at some RPM range, so I am considering the removal of the mechanical O2 fix. If I do that, I will disable the seconary O2 in the calibration. If I then get a CEL as you guys above, then I think that would be a pretty sure sign that there is something wrong with that feature.

FWIW, my friend with a Stock 2008 CR has also gotten the P2A00 code after reflashing his ECU. He used the OEM Tuned flash and does not have a test pipe...yet.

Did he disable the secondary O2, or just load the Hondata calibration as it was?
