Which Engine Management street legal?
I am looking at putting the basic bolt ons for right now...intake, header, exhaust...maybe throttle body?...but heard tuning can really bring out performance gains. So of my choices, which can pass VA emissions inspection? (Although I just got it stock so I probably won't need one for a year or two.) Also, how does tuning affect reliability?
Thanks for the input

If VA inspections require OBDII compatibility, then you'll need a K-Pro, or you can get an AEM EMS and just swap the stock ECU back in for the inspection.
A good tune will increase reliability, and a bad tune can destroy your engine quickly.

I wouldn't try using any of the MAP altering piggy backs with an AP2 and that many bolt-ons, since there's not enough margin in the AFR to do much. You could go with an emanage, but it seems that most people have a hard time getting them tuned. I don't know anything about the F-con, but there's probably a reason why they aren't very common on S2K's.
