Kpro only has one aux input for datalogging and that's the ELD input. Boost controller runs off a spare purge valve output. The ELD input probably does exactly what it sounds like - measures electrical load. Why? I have no idea. A quick google search might yield a result or two.
As for the 06+ dual ECT sensors...I would imagine its to compare coolant temp coming in and out of the radiator. I'm sure there's some fancy temp compensation going on depending on the delta between the two readings
