Default Can the egr valve being out of use trigger a CEL?

So, since I had my dual Kpro installed I get a CEL sometimes at idle. Not always but sometimes. Car is idling nicely at around 14,7afr. Even got it with the stock calibration before spooling the turbo. What could it possibly be? Car has no known malfunctions and runs well. I do not have access to a scanner, option is to buy one but they are quite expensive here.

Only difference I can see from stock is that the egr valve is not used along with the airpump.

Is it to do with the airpump, is your airpump functioning?
