Default Air fuel ratio suggestions

Hi, building my car now with a carbon ram air intake, j's header, test pipe & j's dual 70.
Will be doing a flashpro shortly so wondering what air fuel ratio to run.

As this car will b tracked heavily & track temps are often 40-50deg C, I want to run an air fuel ratio erring a little on the conservative side. Any suggestions to share?

I run around 13.1 a/f corr. No problem with knocks at all from all the data logging I have done.

Hi, thanks for sharing.

What are the track temps u normally experience and how many rounds do u go before u pit?

You go with what the car wants; for the most part. N/A Honda's usually like 12.8-13.5. I'd just tune to 13.0 and call it a day unless you have a dyno handy.

The car will be dynotuned but a dyno doesn't simulate the hot track temps of the track that I go to. I'm just afraid 13.0 will be too aggressive and cause pinging, I'm not sure if 12.5 is too aggressive or too rich either...

The OEM O2 sensor reads a bit richer than it really is, but not as rich as the AF Corr value suggests. I've found that I get max torque with the AF value at 12.5:1. I tune on the street using my soft dyno. If your temp compensations are set correctly, you won't have any issues on the track.

Thanks gernby, the torque is what I'm after.
