AEM EMS Series 2 - won't start
I have an AEM EMS 30-6052 on my TTS supercharged S2000 ... it's been running fine for a few years now
All was fine until yesterday when it refused to start ... the battery went flat and I tried to jump start it ... it coughed and spluttered a few times but now nothing
I bought a new battery and it sparks, the fuel pump primes and there is fuel pressure in the rail .... engine spins over and now doesn't try and fire at all. I left it for an hour and tried again in case I'd flooded it. I also tried to tow start it and the engine was turning at 1500rpm but no sign of life at all
Connected the laptop to the ECU and the map looks fine. Spinning over with the laptop connected and looks ok as far as I can see but I'm not sure what to look for! Sensors *seem* to be feeding back, could it be the injector drivers? Is there a way to tell from AEM Tuner? Or is it a case of a volt meter on the injector wires?
If it is an EMS issue do you know where I Can send it in the UK to get it repaired?
I'm booked in for a trackday next Monday so would like to try and get it running by then!!
Thanks

Ok, with an LED on the injector plugs it looks like they are all firing .... swapped the fuel regulator in case that was faulty and still no joy
Attached is an AEM log ... I'd really appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction on how to analyse it as I used to understand AEM Log but I can't get the hang of AEM data to even work out if the log is telling me anything useful!
Edit : new attachment below

Can't unzip DAQ file. Is it compiled with a Mac? You sure you are getting good spark with every plug?

I've tried another log.... it's on a windows 10 laptop ... this is from an internal log and a "pc logging" attempt to start
I used some spark testers to show the spark, leads only reached #1 and #2 ... will have to pull the plugs and get a helper to spin over while I ground the plug to check each spark .... have spare coil packs and swapped those in which made no difference ....

I've just taken a log of the advanced pickup .... should the coil be "on" more?
Shouldn't the cam count be half the crank count as it's not?
Does anyone have an advanced pickup log I can look at to compare?
thanks
