i am a AEM ems,
when i turn on my ac, my fan dose not come on!

is there a fuse on the ac fan switch?

i have a japan modle, i need a diagram for the fuse box to.

If I understand correctly, the OEM ECU grounds the pressure switch for the A/C system. The AEM EMS doesn't have such output.

I know that my AC fan works with my AEM 1052, and I think there is a variable in there to control it. There should be a fuse for this, but maybe not a dedicated one. Google S2000 manual pdf and download all the wiring help you need.
