comps have 100watt rms and 400 peak
sub has 400 rms and 1000 peak per voice coil

I'd run the big one. One channel to each front speaker and one channel to each voice coil on the sub. (out of curiosity- what is the resistance per voice coil?)

Well.....first of all...
The DVQ isnt 4 ohm....its 2-8ohm....it will take any setup.
If you know what you are doing, then the big one is fine. Just be VERY careful on how you adjest the gains. The other one is fine as well. There is no real advantage of the bigger one, other than the fact that it will run cooler. But the smaller one is a high current amp, and is more efficient.
