Default Where should I ground my head unit?

I can't find a spot for my head unit ground. No good bolts nearby. Tried running the ground under the center console leather to the hand brake area, but it's too snug and I can't push the wire through.

I used the bolts that were used to remove the stock head unit. Works good for me.

You're saying the two bolts that the brackets use to hold the head unit in place?

Ended up using the bolt inbetween the two screws on each side (for the bracket). Seems to be fine.

One of the install FAQ's here shows a brass colored bolt near the HU face and that worked fine for me.

Yeah I think I've "double grounded". The Pioneer & factory harnesses had black "GROUND" wires that I connected together. But the Pioneer also had a grounding clip that you attach to a bolt. My guess is they do it just to be safe. in case one fails.
