Ok I gotcha

Ok well since you didn't give a budget any of the ones I mentioned before will work.

Alpine MRX-F65 4/3/2 Channel Power Amplifier ($349)
Alphasonik PMA6002F - 2-Channel 500W RMS Class AB MOSFET Amplifier ($99)
Audison LRX 2.150 - 2 Ch 220 Watt Amplifier ($349)
Cadence XA175.2 - 2 Channel 175 Watt Class AB Stereo Amplifier ($129)
Soundstream RUB2.250 - 2 Ch. 250 Watt RMS Rubicon Series A/B Class Amplifier ($129)

Having said that, you'll want to install the cross overs for the speakers during the amp install. You can mount them in the trunk next to the amp. Just run a 4 conductor speaker wire from the cross over to the door.

These are the parts you'll need:

Speaker wire: I use this Dayton 4 conductor speaker wire and its worked great for 8 years in my car no problem. You'll have some left over but it's always better to be looking at it than looking for it

This KnuKonceptz KCA Complete 4 Gauge Amplifier Installation Kit will do the trick. The power cable should be enough... 18' sounds like a lot but its not as much as you'd think, but it should be fine. You won't need the speaker wire that is included in the package.

That's about it. Buy the above cables, pick out an amp and you'll be good to go. Connection in the doors should always be either soldered or proper terminals should be used (all of this stuff can be had at Radio Shack for cheap money).

Im sure someone will say 'hey you can mount the crossovers in the doors'... and you could... but if you blow a fuse you'll need to take off the door panel, not to mention if this is your daily driver moisture will get on the crossovers in the door and it negatively effect them (i.e.: the will burn out faster)

Also if you'd like the door speakers to have extra bass get 2 of these foam speaker baffles but be sure to cut a hole in the bottom of them since those speakers are probably not designed to work in a sealed enclosure so cut a 1"x1/2" cutout from the bottom.

If you have any questions just let me know.
