UPDATE: 4/23/04!
First let me say thanks to all the ideas and input from fellow forum members on this subject. I found many useful threads and pics to get ideas.
From my findings, I find out a few things that I will share here:
1) JL Audio stealthbox is a nice but a bit $$$$ and also uses only a 10" driver. Nevertheless, it's overpriced for what you get especially if you can do the work yourself.
2) Most 12" enclosues I've seen that are made out of wood is nice but is too high (my goal was to flush the sub as low as possible so I can fit my dual bowling bag...haha)
Thus I created a sub box entirely out of fiberglass using only a wood frame to outline the edges.
I will post pics later this weekend so stay tuned

I've got enough bass that the boot/trunk lid tries to open itself
JL W7 10" in a GRP enclosure (slightly over sized) with about 700 watts RMS up its arse.
The biggest problem with the S2000 and putting a sub in the back is the panel resonance. To get close to defeting the bass cancellation, I had to use almost 10 sheets of Dynamat extreme in the boot/trunk alone, plus my enclosure is covered in thick felt.
