Valet key and Master Key causes no crank?
Ever since I got my remote start installed I had to sacrafice a valet key to bypass the immobilizer but my alarm installer told me sometimes it won't crank and I would have to turn it back to off and then turn it back to on to try to restart because the car sense two keys in the car, is there a fix or anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

the idiot wrapped the key, instead of using a 556uw... that means that the chip is being "sensed" at all times, even when the car is off. So when the second key is put in the ignition the ECU trys to read one code, but gets a combo of codes

[QUOTE]as a temporaty solution you could have a cheapo walmart copy made w/o the chip until you can kick your installer in the face and get it fixed correctly. [QUOTE]
lol that's funny, the problem is that I went to walmart and they don't cut our types of keys? anyone have any ideas? So as for this bypass is it simple to hook up, I know everyone recommended me to this guy and he was great with everything else but now I see that having the immobilizer being deactivated all the time cause he just taped the key under the dash
