Using a fuse holder to connect audio cable.
Hey Guys,
I relocated everything and reinstalled my system today. To extend my 4 gauge wire, i used a fuse holder with 4 gauge wire on one end and an 8 gauge wire on the other end. I did this because my system is running 350 watt rms and 8 gauge would be more than sufficient (my ground wire is 8 gauge as well). Well..after that, i connected everything and turned it on, but the amp wouldnt power up. I dont think it's the remote wire and i dont think it's the ground wire either. Is there something wrong with this setup? Thanks in advance.

No....from the description you provided, it sounds like you added another inline fuse to extend your cable. Is there a fuse in it? If so, double check that, and if its not then its either the ground or the remote.
