Default US headunit ISO connecters?

I know Euro headunits have ISO connecters on the back to make connections easier.

do US head-units also have ISO connecters?

i can pick up a wiring harness for my MINI (from overseas) that has the car side wired up and an ISO for the head unit on the other side.

but if US receivers don't have it, then I;'ll just pick up one here in the states (which only has the car side wired up, the HU side is just wires).

Not an easy answer. Some headunit have the ISO some don't. The JVC I installed in my beater did. It all depends on the headunit.
