Those with Lucid rear panels
Hey,
Im 6 ft 0, so my chair is about two clicks from the furthest back position. This gives me just a bit of lean on the back of the chair, but im pretty much pressed against the rear wall as is my passenger seat.
My questions is:
Those with rear panels... if your seat is all the way against the speakers, does any sound really escape? I would think the sound would come out muffled so it would actually make the system sound worse; however, all things i've read says they make a big difference and really complete the sound.
Are all these people short? Let me know.
Thanks
Drew
Also,
I have an alpine 9857 deck. If i got rear speakers i woudl probably just run them off the deck channels since i have a jl 300/2 going to my 6.1 kappa perfects and another amp running my sub. I dotn see a whole lot of need for 3 amps in one car, and im not really in the mood to sell my 300/2 to buy a 450/4 etc. Do you think running the speakers of the deck will produce enough sound?
