can i found AUX in s2000 audio to connect MP3 player???

In a word: No.

Upgrade the head unit, in which case you may as well buy one which is MP3 in the first place.

Or buy an amp and run the stock head and the MP3 into it with a switch.

There is a CD changer input, but your MP3 source would have to interface to the Honda/Alpine change control interface. To my knowledge, no such item exists, but it would be feasible to make one (provided you can find or decode Honda/Alpine's protocol).

I have a Kenwood head unit for this very reason. I got the model (not sure which Excelon) that has an adapter (sold seperately) for auxilary RCA input. Works great. I actually got rid of my Eclipse deck to to with this setup.
