tein edfc
I'm havin trouble installing my edfc, I have the full time power, and ground figured out but I cant figure out where to hook the otehrs up to
(I have it located next to my left knee so I need to use wires under the dash, not wires to the stereo or the cig lighter..)

not seeing the wiring diagram, it makes it kind of hard.
i'd imagine, in addition to live ang round, it might have a backlight control to pickup when it needs to light up (auto dim with the oe loom etc)
that sound closer to the problem?
pictures ALWAYS help.

I guess I could start over and say I dont know where all the wires go for the edfc, so when wiring them under the dash by your lower left knee what wires would you tap into?

EDFC All time power supply (yellow wire):
Connect using a branch connector from the all time power supply.
EDFC accessory power supply (red wire):
connect using a branch connector from the accessory power supply having sufficient electric capacity such as a cigarette lighter.(in my case that would be to far away)
EDFC Illumination power supply (green wire):
connect using a branch connector from the illumination power supply..
EDFC ground (black wire):
Connect to a ground source.
I just dont know which wires to use under the dash..

Use a multimeter or test light and find the wire that goes hot when you turn on the ignition (accessory power wire). For the illumination find a wire that goes hot when you turn on the dash lights.
