subwoofer box for the trunk
Hey guys ive got a whole stereo system. Im ready to install.. Im going to be running 2 kole audio subs 1800watts a piece.. and a class D kole audio amp.. 2400watts.
I already have a box to run with the two 12s but the problem is its way too big!!.
Is there someone on here or a company that premakes decent size boxes for our s2000's that will fit these two 12s i have?

What deck and speakers are you running? I hope you bought those before you went for bass. With factory speakers you wont even be able to hear anything but the bump. Youre probably not going to find anyone with pre-made dual 12 in box, unless you check the for sale forum and get lucky. You are goign to have to do fiberglass work for that most likely. In general, putting two twelves in the S is no easy task in addition to that just being absurd. The car is tiny doesnt take much to make it bump. Arent those 1600 watts? 800 watts rms? An amp that says 2,400 watts, and only costs $270 tells you one of two things, or both...Its a poor quality amp, and it doesnt put out that many watts. Its will probably bust, or perform underated
Here's what you should probably do. Sell all that stuff.
Buy this stuff:
BOX

12w6v2

JL 500/1

Go for quality, not quantity. Save some trunk space. One 12 sub is plenty.
Oh ya....buy a shit load of dynamat or dampening products

I will go with a different enclosure. I would also recommend a sealed enclosure. This one has a 1 cuft instead of a .8

If you want something that hit hard and you want more precise, I will most likely go with the 10w7 instead.
as for the 500/1. It's the best class D amp you can buy.
And yes, I agree with the "Shit load of Dynamat"

This has been beaten to death. You wont be running anywhere NEAR that wattage. The stock s2000 electrical system can only supply 750 watts at peak draw....so don't go thinking that you'll have 1800 a piece.
