Stock Battery Wire Gauge?
Anyone know what the stock battery wire size is on an MY04? I'm looking to replace the terminals when I run my amp wiring, and I'm trying to match up the sizes.

My guess - somewhere between 0 and 2 gauge.
Measure the diameter (of the conductor, not insulation) - here's some approximate values:
4 = .20"
3 = .23"
2 = .26"
1 = .29"
0 = .33"
00 = .36"
000 = .41"

Any chance you think that ground might be 4-gauge rather than 6? I'm not finding any terminals that have 6-gauge connections, but plenty with 4/8 in addition to the 1/0 I plan on using.

Doesn't look like 4.. but it will go into a 4gauge terminal, no problems!
BUT
if you are running 0 guage +ve for your system you should increase your ground to the same guage...

On the '01 atleast, the ground is an 8 gauge wire. On the positive side there are two wires, one 8 gauge and one that I fit into a 4 gauge hole but I don't remember how tight it fit it could be either 4 or 6 gauge. I can't help you any more as I won't see my car untill next week.

I guess that something like this is probably my best option for flexability from the sounds of things (one 1/0 gauge, one 4 gauge, and two 8 gauge) :
