Added 2 speakers behind my seats, and spliced them into my modifry harness. The speakers worked perfectly fine then a song came on that was a little louder than the last and all 4 speakers went out. The radio still has power and acts like it is playing but there is no sounds and it appears the speakers are not getting power. Ive checked the Radio fuse, the fuse in the back of the radio as well as the ACC fuse, but still no luck. Anything else that would cause all 4 to go out at once like that?

Headunit is a pioneer deh-4000ub

 

Does it have any sound in any other source (ie, CD, Tuner, Aux, etc)? Have you tried wiring the rear straight to the head unit to see if it works? Also, check the wires that you ran to the rear and make sure they're not grounding out anywhere.

 

yea the radio, aux, etc. didn't work. went through all the wiring and determined that the positive on my right rear had a bad connection and when it was connected to the harness then it would shut off all the speakers. redid the connection on it and they work like a charm
