Speaker Harness Cables for S-Pods
Suppose I want to use Mark's S-Pods with real speakers...
I'm looking at the instructions for the OEM pods, it appears they come with a cable that has a 4-pin plug on one end, then it forks into two 2-pin plugs. The 2-pins go into the speakers, and the 4 pin goes into a 4-pin connector stashed on the driver's side front panel (step 57)
It seems alot easier to route the speaker wires into that 4-pin plug, rather than get behind the HU. Is it possible to just get the Honda "speaker harness" for that purpose? Anyone got a part number for that? Or is there some aftermarket speaker cable/plug solution that would do the same thing?
Thanks for any ideas..........

Probably not for a long time, if at all. And if I do later, I'm guessing the business end of that 4 pin connecter will just be hooked up to a new HU anyway, rather than re-wire the whole thing. It just seems like unneeded hassle to deal with the back of the HU for the S-pods when there's this beautiful 4 pin rear speaker connection in the front panel.
