I had a change to replace all blown bulbs on my S2k few weeks ago and it brought all broken lights back to life except my side marker light on the passenger side. (The light on the fender.)

I used voltmeter to trouble shoot and it seems like the wire is disconnected somewhere as bulb, socket, connector is all working to specs. ETM is telling me that the wire for turn signal is shared by side marker / headlight. Does anyone know where the splicing happens? I am not sure how this even happened (seems to be very uncommon also as I couldn't find anyone with the same issue) but I want to get to the root of this and get this resolved.
