Just an idea, but think about investing in an amp and some quality door speakers instead of the rears. What I mean is why spend the money on rear speakers only to muffel them with your seats?

I agree with screamer, but Ill answer your question....
YOull have to run wires from the rear panels, down the door sills, up the dash, and into the headunit. Not hard, but I would def. recommend a new headunit and some good front speakers first.

i would run them through the center. much much easier.
the S2000 radio has rear amplifiers, but the wiring harness doesn't have the pins for them. to add rear speakers, you'll need to add pins to the existing harness for the rear speakers or order a custom harness. Lucid does sell one.
I second getting a new head unit. The S2000 radio doesn't have the juice.

The following thread won't answer all of your questions but it might help you out a bit:

ps. The Lucid plug and play harness is the way to go.
