Radio removal
I am wondering if anyone knows what exactly needs to be done in order to remove the paneling around the radio in order to pop it out to get the serial number from the back to call in and get the unlock code. Any help would be great! Thanks.

Get a flathead screwdriver and wrap it in something soft so you don't scratch anything (a thin cloth or electrical tape will do) and stick it in the gap between the vents and the dash and gently pry. It'll pop out the plastic surrounding the radio including the radio door.

put the car into 6th or reverse and get a towel/ shirt and lay it over the shifter and console up to the radio door. open the door and have it at about a 45 degree angle and slightly pull, the bottem clips will release then use the screw driver (i personally wrap it in electrical tape but you can use something soft) and plus it in the crack at the top, then pry the clips off on both sides and your done with the door. the 4 philips head screws are easily accessable and you will have no problem removing the rest of the radio.
*this is assuming you drive an AP1 as your info says. the AP2's are slightly different.

Why do you need to remove the radio to get the serial number? Look in the FAQ (Uptop) and get instructions on how to get the serial number from pressing the 1 and the 6 button.
