Default Radio 12v power problem

I checked everything with a voltmeter. Plugged the radio in, would turn on then off (as expected). Pressed the power button (tried with car on and off) and nothing. Broke out the voltmeter and the white/red wire at the factory harness (supposed to be the 12v source when ignition is on) is not charged. So my radio is not getting power. I have no idea where to begin to repair this broken wire. Can someone help me here?

Figured it out. Wasnt the radio fuse but it WAS the power accessory fuse (Fuse #9, 10A). Radio power isnt on the Radio fuse circuit, its connected to the power accessory circuit (also powers the cig. lighter) according to my wiring diagram from Honda. Just in case anyone has a similar problem

You saved my day. I had this issue coming out of winter where my stereo and 12V wasn't getting power. I even pulled all the fuses out to check and honestly didn't see this one was blown. This thread made me double check and sure enough this fuse was the problem. Took one of the spare fuses and replaced it, now I'm back in business.
