Feedback is the key for all Ebay transactions. I have spent two years selling and building a good reputation which allows buyers to have comfort in their purchases from me.

My own rule of thumb for ebay (which, unfortunately, I break routinely!) is no more than 50% of retail. Total "caveat emptor" scenario. I've made some great buys but also been royally screwed. Ebay "police" are no help at all.
