Problems with DICE ipod adapter
I have a 2003 S2k and a new nano iPod (camera one)
I installed the dice R2 for s2000.
it's possible to configure it in DICE mode and normal mode (dice mode is for radios that supports text on display, so not for the oem radio)
Thing is that it worked fine for few days, now it would stop working after a while!
I thing this device is heat sensitive or something since it works fine when the car is cool, but after a long drive and under the radio it might get some serious heat.
Dice claims the device will charge the ipod... the first thing u see when u connect the ipod is a message of no charging capability on this accessory.
So Pretty much angry I decided to take out the ipod cable and install a simple 1/8 male to the dice... NO SOUND! The input jack is referred as AUX input... but OEM radio doesn't have the aux button!
I'm so pissed.
I originally had a Blitz Safe adapter, which iPod Cable went bad, I'm now putting it back on since the dice iPod cable works on the Blitz...

Found out online instructions are more detailed than the paper ones.
Fixed the aux thing with the 1/8 cable (cd changer needs to be on track 2)
Ipod still does not charge. maybe firmware incompatibility
need to have go for a spin to see if it quits working again.
