Problem with alpine 9827
I've currently had my alpine 9827 for a little over a year now and it has been great. However, recently it has been having a very annoying problem. I always use MP3 cd's with the stereo and most of my cd's have about 150 songs+. The problem with the stereo is that after about track 120 or so all of the tracks skip severly or just don't play at all so I cannot listen to tracks 120-the end of the CD. But when I skip to the beginning of the CD all the tracks until about 120 work. I use Nero to burn the MP3 cd's.
I think I am out of warrenty so is there anything I can do or am I screwed.
And yes I have tried making new cd's and even a brand new one does the same problem.
Regards,
Jonathan

my mp3's arn't in folders mainly because I just do random play. However I can't do random play anymore becuase it will go to a 120+ once every 2 songs so that gets flat out annoying. I am forced to listen to the songs in order now because of it.
The player used to play songs 120+ but recently it has decided not to, to the point where it is annoying and I need to fix it somehow

I actually figured out what it was -- I installed the remote switch to make the volume work on the left side of the steering wheel and I pulled power from the headunit. It must have erased my settings -- it was set to CD-UA (I believe) -- switched it to CD/MP3 and it works great again. Thanks for your time
