Easy there...one project at a time.
I've been having a helluva time finding a circle jig so I can make my speaker pods...
Bought a new Bosch plunge router figuring maybe I'd have better luck...only to find I bought the one Bosch plunge router with different base mounting holes than any other router (1619EVS). Great router, ate through 3/4" MDF like it was nothing (1 cut all the way across!)...but, can't find a jig to make anything smaller than 8" circles (and I need 5")...so, this weekend I'm going to try to adapt the Bosch circle jig to something like this:

I recommend these because:
A) they'll fit in your car (albeit, with modification for the tweeter)
B) I actually run the same tweeters/woofers, Eclipse CD7100 and Sundown amps in my truck
3) SEAS is a very respected name in the audio world (for the record, Alpine's F1 line is built by SEAS)
4) The owner of Sundown is an SQ fanatic when it comes to his amp designs.
5) Realistically, you can't beat these prices and have close to the same SQ - $230 for a set of door speakers and $315 for a 100x4 SQ-built Class AB amplifier...
6) This setup puts you right into running active - which will increase volume and increase SQ.

Actually, I run the SEAS woofers at 8ohm in my truck since I have plenty of power for them (2x Sundown SAX 50.4).
For the S, you have the dilemma I had. You can search for 4 ohm woofers, or go with the SAX 100.4 and 8ohm woofers. You'll still have plenty of power and going with the higher powered amp allows you to turn down the gain on the tweeters to match the woofers.
My experience is that 4ohm woofers that fit in the S are pretty hard to find on Madisound. As it goes, this concern is why I went with the ScanSpeak Revelators - they're 4ohm. The downside, of course, is that they require fiberglass door pods due to the untreated paper cones. They're also 3x as expensive as the SEAS woofers (they do sound better).

Also, how would this setup compare to my current Focal K2P?

Well I do plan on running the SAX-100.4D. How would i be wiring this up, woofer and tweeters into one channel taking up all channels? Also, setting lp on woofer and hp on tweeter to run active speakers...Please let me know if this sounds right.

Setting up the xover, you'll need Chan 1 and Chan 2 (shared xover settings) set to bandpass. Adjust the settings to low pass around 2.5khz and highpass around 100hz.
Chan 3 and Chan 4 should be set to highpass around 2.5khz.
This setup will blow your passive K2P setup away. Not just in volume, but in how clean the music will sound. You'll probably switch back to using CD's just because you'll be able to tell the difference between MP3 and CD quality music.
