Default Passenger window help

I really need help on this one guys. I just finished installing components in my car and now my passenger window won't go up. I've been searching the forums and I heard reference to a rocker switch that gave someone a similar problem. Is the rocker switch just another name for the window switch? If so, mine is definitely plugged in. That was the first thing I checked. I have not checked to see if I have a blown fuse. Where is the fuse for the passenger window? Anything else I should be checking?

This happened to me on a speaker install. I pulled it apart and everything was plugged in correctly. I then flipped the door rocker on and off switch back and forth and it started working.

Weird. So the rocker is the window lock button? I have already tried that too.
