Hey what can be used to play your ipod through the stock radio??? i heard of a couple gizmo's but trying to find something reliable

For an AP1 I'm not sure. Buy an AP2 stocker and hook it up to the Neo Ion. It plays your iPod and charges it too.

No iPhone support to my knowledge.

For the amount of disassembly required to add this capability, I'd look into just replacing the radio for a bit more work.

I don't see why it wouldn't work on the iPhone. But the device is very simple to install...just have to remove the radio to connect a wire.

There are a number of options out there and I'm pretty sure there are existing threads on this (check the Electronics forum). As for what works with the iPhone -- try the mfgs' web sites...

I ended up going the Alpine route.

the crappy way of doing it

is an fm transmitter
i hate them...but when it comes down to it if u REALLY want music i guess it works

The OP lives in NJ. If he's anywhere near NYC, the FM transmitter won't work for shit.

direct input to ur stock radio. i have grom audio ipod interface. cheapest i found so far. it allows u to use ur side audio buttons as well. also charges ur ipod too. easy installation.
