I got a clifford 650 installed a few weeks ago on my s2. It came with the Honda OEM Cat 2. The alarm installer for the clifford told me he had turned off the old alarm. I found out the other day that he had lied as the old OEM alarm suddenly went off when I used my key to lock/unlock my car!!! I started using the key coz the clifford prox is broken and chirps 4 times after the alarm is armed. Should the old OEM alarm be removed now that I have the clifford 650 installed?

u dont have to remove the old alarm, but there is an Alarm Disarm wire that he probably did NOT hook up.

could the oem alarm be interfering with my new clifford causing it to false alarm all the time?
