I un-bent a wire clothes hanger and fed it from the inside kick panel area to the door interior. Be careful not to poke through the rubber insulation.
Once the end of the hanger was in the door, I taped the speaker wire to the end of the hanger and sprayed some silicone spray on the wire to help pull through.
It took about 5 minutes per side after removing the door and kick panel.
Good Luck!

Don't use a coat hanger or you could risk damaging either the gasket or existing wires running thru it. Try using a 12-14" wire tie instead. Just electrical tape the wires to the end of the tie & use soapy water as lube.

I did this recently using a long zip tie as well. I made a small hole in the grommet from the inside of the car by nipping at the grommet carefully with some small scissors. Then, I inserted my 16ga speaker wire (2 leads, one for woofer and another for tweeter) using the above described and pictured zip tie method (and a little lubricant) and voila! The cables came out nicely inside the door!

I just helped a fellow S2ki member do this with a 2 pair set of twisted pair (four speaker wires in one casing, all twisted together.) It was at LEAST the size of the 4ga I used for power. It was a complete pain in the ass, and I still have the cuts on my hands to prove it.
We had no luck feeding the wire tie from the inside to the outside, so ended up feeding from the door into the cabin. We didn't have a single 14" wire tie handy so we used three shorter ones fed through each other then taped up.
No silicone spray or soapy water handy, but he did have some 303 protectant. I sprayed a small ammount on the first 4-5 inches or so of the wire and it went through. If we got wire no smaller than 1/2" diameter through there 16 ga should be a cake walk.
