Purchased the rear panels quite some time back, and just remember that i need to get speakers and get them installed. I always complain on how the sound system sucks when the top is down.
Current set up:
Alpine Deck
JL stealthbox with JL Sub
MB Quarts front speakers and tweeters
Now that im getting the rear speakers installed, i was wondering which speakers would be good? The treble on the speakers are already amazing, just needing more bass or midbass. I can always adjust the sub to the max to get more bass, but then it is just not even.
Im at the point where i dont have rear speakers right now, but i still fade to the rear -3 since the treble is too strong for my ears.
Any input on which speakers i should get for rear speakers thats behind out seats? Thanks

Yeah Quarts a very well known for having ear bleeding highs. Why not swap the out and get something better suited to your listening needs? And get a set of rears to match those.
You could become a member and sell the Quarts in the forsale section.
Is the Sealth box not giving you enough bass? What kind of amp do you have running the Quarts and the Sub?

MB's are running with JL 300/2 Amp and the sub is running with JL 250/1
I think these are the ones i got since i havnt checked in the longest time since it was installed over two years ago.
Are there small speakers so that i can get MB Quarts for the rear speakers? or should i just sell those and purchase a brand new set for fronts and rears?
As for the membership, i didnt even know this ended so i guess it is time to renew now. thanks

What Quarts do you have? You can adjust the tweeters through the crossovers as well. I have mine set at -3 I think on the crossover. I have no problem hearing mine with top down.
