Lucid does not sell subs that go behind the seats. He sells mid-woofers that go behind the seats. (Actually coaxial speakers)
Any in-cabin sub would require a lot of fabrication. It has been done in a couple of VERY creative ways, but behind the seats would require the cutting of metal.

Well, w/e, I'm not trying to be a dick, I am trying help you out. You talked about subs in your trunk and asked about subs in the cabin. I answered your question.
Lots of people have speakers mounted behind the seats, and you don't have to buy Lucid's panels to make it work. All you have to to is cut the panels yourself to mount them up. Because you are using two channels that would not be using otherwise you will get more power to the car, and it should increase volume. However, keep in mind that you are firing the speakers into the backs of the seats.
I have S-Pods which allow you to mount the speakers inside the roll-hoops. I perfer this solution as now the speakers are NOT firing into the back of a leather seat, but through the mesh and at my ears. There is a sticky link at the top of the forum with info on S-Pods.
Another solution is to amp the front speakers. With high quality front speakers, and a powerful amp you will get great sound quality and plenty of volume without rear speakers at all.
