Well I got a Kenwood Woox, yes it's confirmed it does not fit under the seat. I just installed it this weekend, I placed it where the foam piece goes under carpet in the passenger front floor compartment. It does not compare to 10" subs or 12"s, but it sure is a major improvement over the stock bass.... It's not rip your roof off kind of bass, but it sure does add more bass quality to your system, not only that I replaced the door 6 1/2 with Kickers comp series woofers and they help also with the bass. I will take pictures of everything when I get a chance so you can see my setup. Hope that helps....
