Default Karr Alarm Remote Programming

I have a co-worker with a Karr alarm on his truck. The remote died and he picked up a couple on Craigslist.

Anyone know the programming procedure for Karr alarms? The model is 2040 - assume it will be the same as any other Karr alarm.

Thanks in advance

yea those are trash lol , but here... find the valet switch.. hold it down while turning the car to on , then when the LED flashes or the alarm chirps hit a button on the remote. the led will either flash or the siren will chirp again letting you know it recieved it. turn the car off and test :-)

Was actually turn key on, hold valet until alarm chirps, press button on new remote, turno key off and test.
