JVC with DCI?

JVC with DCI?
I want a USB port on my Headunit.
So far, JVC is the only unit i see with that option...
anyone successfully get a JVC unit to work with a DCI?
or is there another recommended brand that is awesome (like alpine or pioneer) that has usb or a good input easy to use?
i do not have an mp3 player or an ipod or any of that stuff...

I shipped Modifry my JVC headunit so he could test/configure a wired JVC DCI. He has completed the testing and just has to make a few minor adjustments for the production version.
I imagine it'll be out soon....

Some Kenwoods have USB capability. You could use a DCI with those...

The IR DCI works with JVC head units (has for a long time). Once preilly44 verifies the new wired version works then you'll have that option too (assuming your HU has the nput for a wired remote).
Note, JVC head units that use this lame remote have goofy, odd-ball, strange, and stupid functions and as such the DCI can only imitate the goofy, odd-ball, strange, and stupid functions inherent in the head unit.
JVC head units that use this remote are normal.
