Default Installed shock sensor to OEM alarm today

I installed the DEI 504M shock sensor today and it is working good. When I read the instructions for the sensor it calls for a (-) only when the keys are out\ign off. I found 2 wires with my multi-meter that connect the alarm unit to the cars harness behind the drivers kick panel but am wondering what they are. The negative turns off when I slide the key in and as soon as I slide the key out it goes back on. The wire is black with a white(?) line through it right next to a red wire with a white(?) line (I used both for +\-). They are in the center of the plug that the alarm brain connects to. Are these the power wires for the alarm? Just want to be sure I'm not screwing anything up. I saw this list below already and it doesn't really define the wires well.
