Thought I'd share my install, purchased everything in February but couldn't do install because of Lucid delivery issues.
Thanks to "Pas2knut" for front speaker adapters I was able to install HU, and front speakers a few weeks ago while waiting for DCI.
This weekend finished final install.
HU: Alpine 9827
Front speakers: 6 1/2" Infinity Reference componets
Rear speakers: 5 1/4" Infinity Reference componets
Amp: Alpine 340
Lucid: DCI
Install comments:
Biggest challenge's
1. Running new door speaker wire (lot's of small hand cuts)
2. Fitting rear 5 1/4" ( A little cutting involved)
3. Rear Amp mounting
All I can say is the rear speaker addition was well worth it , I've heard comments about don't add rears you lose imaging. but it really filled up the sound stage.
I don't have a sub and haven't thought a need for it yet.
Some shot's I took:
Still playing with HU settings not sure about adjustments on Amp for Cross overs? manual unclear for this.
Oh bye the way. the radio cover when closing was hitting the volume balance knob, took HU out, used dremel and modified round hole on mounting bracket to a oval and it's perfect now, no hitting.
No need to cut cover as others have done.

You should put your Amp Over the Fuel tank so it leaves the trunk space untouched. And not diss the spare tire.If its possible,-might be.Do a clean install to the end.Just like you did with the speakers.
Just my toughts.
i put Two amps and two 1 farad Caps instead the spare tire.

Amps cant breathe over there. Also....there is always a possibilty of ANY amp catching fire....so being over the fuel lines isnt the best thing to do.
The way he has it is very clean, and safe.
Putting an amp over the fuel lines is asking for trouble.
