Hey All,

Apparently these have dropped in price since the original post. I recently added an iCruze for $69.99 + $10.00 for the interface cable and got a free 3 doors down dvd. I liked the iCruze's moularity vs. other interfaces. You can use it in another car just by getting another $10 cable, and for $40 you can add the display.

You haven't read my follow-ups on this product.

I eventually had to return my iCruze because Monster decided not to develop the product any further and I didn't want to live with the remaining semi-severe bugs.

Though for $69 (w/display) it certainly is a usuable solution. I wound up getting an Dension ice-link which has way fewer problems.

Yes, I didn't come across your follow ups. I don't know what if anything changed between yours and mine. but I haven't come across any iCruze bugs yet, but I don't use all the features. BTW, it would be $119.99 with the display ($69.99 + $10 + $40).

As I said in the followups: when it works, it works great. I certainly cannot complain about the sound quality - which was very good - even better than the Dension I have now.

I you have an iPod and change your playlists a lot, you will run across the bugs. Having to dig out the controller and disconnect the radio cable in order to reset it is the biggest pain in the ass.

I'm not really understanding you. Do you mean the 1-6 playlists that emulate the CD changer or other playlists (or both)? Also, I'm not sure what you're resetting to fix the bug(s). I change playlists about once a month.

Unless they did something in the last 6 months I am unaware of:

1. Load a playlist (first one) with 20 songs. Play track # 15.
2. Shut off the car and bring your iPod into the house
3. Load first playlist with 10 songs
4. Hook up to car and start playing (you can't)
5. iCruze is locked up
6. Pull radio cable from back of iCruze and replug.
7 iPod works again.

I assume that's been fixed. I haven't had to pull the cable out of the iCruze after any playlist changes or for anything else. I haven't used the numbers you gave, but I've changed playlists many times since I installed the iCruze.

Had the iCruze in my '02 M3 and loved it (not to mention I got it cheap since I work for them). I would get it for the S2000 but I'm going to go with an aftermarket HU.
