How do I make MP3 CDs?

I used the freeware CDnGo to rip cds into MP3 files and I used the Adaptec (Roxio) CdCreator 4 (not deluxe) to burn an MP3 data disk.
It went smoothly. I got about sixteen albums on one 700mb CDR and probably could have gotten a couple more. I used the 128kb/sec setting. I've only played it on the demo Kenwood xs828 head at my stereo store, but I liked it!
Right now I've left it at the stereo store so that they have a demo cdr with mp3 files.

Perhaps I don't have it set up right. The mp3 files never end up in the directory I've intended. If I manually move the files after ripping a cd, I've got no problem.
