Default how to connect an iPod Shuffle to stock radio?

I won a free iPod Shuffle at a company event tonight. I was sooo excited to get one of these as I've been needing something to keep me busy on the bus ride back/forth from downtown.

Anyhow, I was wondering if there was a way to connect this thing to my stock HU? If not is there a good aftermarket HU that will be able to control the player and display sound tracks on the screen. Alpine? Pioneer?

Thanks,
chikai

So I utilized this thing called online search...and Google provided this paid CPC result:

http://www.xtrememac.com/adapters/airplay_shuffle.shtml

is this worth it? does it work well? good clarity? am I going to experience interference from local channels?

don't get an fm modulator. they suck. esp in a city.

instead, you can get a 3.5 mm (headphone) jack to RCA at radio shack. It's just a cable. Then get .this adapter and plug it into the back of your stock head unit. you now have a rca aux.

plug your ishuffle into the racas of your adapter and VIOLA! you've got a hard wired ishuffle

my other concern is I don't have the radio code for my deck as I bought the car used. Will I have to disconnect the battery and that whole jazz to get to the back of the connectors?

nope, not that one, but this one should.

It's a data port, not an RCA in. hence the need for the adapter. I'm not sure what the Aus version of the s2k headunit is, but if it is like the American, these adapters should work for ya.

yes, yes you will. but a quick trip to the dealership with your vin# and you should be able to get the radio code. i think, does anyone have any insight on this. It's in your manual, this much i know.

Manual? Not that I know of, but I lost mine once and called the local dealer and they gave it to me over the phone. All service stations at dealers have access to the database or algorithm. Since you bought it used you may have to go there in person. No worries though -- it takes 2 minutes.
