Default Help with small pitch noise

Ok I'm having trouble figuring this one out. I just started noticing a very light noise coming through the door speaker noticeably the tweeter while under acceleration and the AC is running.

If I turn off the radio it goes away (of course) or if I turn off the AC then it seems to go away.

The one thing I did have recently changed is last week was an IPOP cable installed in the back of the Deck.

Would something have come lose to cause this to happen or has anyone experienced something similar ?

Thanks,

It is ground noise. More than likely you have a signal wire too close to a power wire.
