Default Help: Gauge Cluster Stop working!

I was changing clusters due to scratches. So i pulled out my original cluster and plugged in new one, it was working fine. The I wanted to keep the same milage so i swapped out circuit boards. Then i plugged it in and it lit up (30 secs) then just turned off, the other cluster did not even light up. I then decided to put back the circuit boards to their original housing, still not working!

The weird things is that everything on the cluster functions except the readings which require sensor readings. My signals works, key icon, battery, and Handbrake. My backlights for night driving still work. But no RPM, Speedo, Gas, Temp!

It's not the fuse, and there is power coming out of the harnesses, so don't know what it might be?

Your help is be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure? The gauge assembly is powered by 3 different fuses.

They are all under the dash. They are #5, 23, 25.
Begin counting from left row, bottom (#1). When you get to the top (#13), come back to the bottom and continue with the right row (#14).

I checked the fuses all good! I noticed that now the only light i get is battery indicator.

Any other ideas?

Your gonna have to start testing to make sure your still getting the feeds from each circuit.

BTW those scratchs on the clear face of the cluster can be polished out. I've done it...

You need a digital multi-meter. Do not use a test light. You have to get a Helms and find out what goes to what. It won't be easy.
